It’s like the flyover to the N2 from Hospital Bend, tow trucks chillaxing under the bridge, waiting for something to go down.
We used to call them vultures, which is a bad analogy because vultures don’t sit around waiting for fresh blood (I think?). So this one’s better. Some of those tug thugs are seriously cool cats.
